Disability Rights Awareness Program in Udaipur at Visually Impaired School

Panacea Disability Rights Activists successfully organized a Disability Rights Awareness Program at the Government Senior Secondary School for the Visually Impaired, Pragya Chakshu Andh, Ambamata, Udaipur. The event aimed to educate students and staff on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act and government welfare schemes.

The session was led by Dr. Arvinder Singh, a three-time world record holder and respected advocate for disability rights associated with Arth Diagnostics. Dr. Singh addressed students, teachers, and school staff, providing crucial information on legal rights, government benefits, and inclusive support systems for persons with disabilities.

Dr. Singh encouraged students to become confident, self-reliant individuals and motivated them to take full advantage of opportunities available under the RPwD Act and related government programs. His remarks focused on:

  • The presence of stray dogs poses safety concerns
